Storage is never a problem with all these other areas

Donkey Shed

As the name suggests, this would have been the area for animals in years gone by, but is currently used as a wood store by the current owners. It is large enough to house a kitchen or bedroom and with a wall leading from the drive, could easily have it´s own access point.

Garage

The garage is large and can be entered either by the up and over door from the driveway, or a side door leading from the terrace. There are electrics installed and currently houses a handy overspill fridge freezer and tumble dryer. It is large enough to fit a car but is used by the current owners as a storage area with fitted shelves running down one side and workshop with large work bench.

Lower garden

The lower part of the garden is completely fenced and has a useful overspill parking area accessed by a large gate. The garden is laid to gravel for ease of maintenance but has a number of shrubs and seating areas to break up the eye line and provide plenty of areas to sit and taken in the surroundings. There are a number of fruit trees including olive, lemon, orange, pomegranate and fig and two large planting areas that the current owners have used for native plants but could just as easily house vegetables, if you wanted your own small farmers garden. Access to the terrace under- build is from this garden, providing additional storage and housing the pool pump.

Upstairs Terrace

The roof top terrace is accessed via a door in the main upstairs bedroom and provides plenty of privacy whether it be for your early morning coffee, or end of the evening tiple, whilst gazing out over the stunning vistas.

Drive

The drive is accessed by a large metal sliding gate which opens onto the property and has plenty of space for several cars or even a camper van. There is a large planting area next to the drive with plenty of native flora and fauna and three large olive trees.

Secret Garden

Aptly named as this garden can only be accessed currently via a small door in the side of the garage and is therefore very private. It is a little oasis of calm and the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle from the main house.
