Main Downstairs (Front & En-Suite)

This large double room exudes and air of freshness with natural light that fills every corner and is one of the coolest rooms in the Cortijo during the hot summer months, the room leads from an en-suite bathroom that also forms the main bathroom of the property and is serviced via a "Jack 'n' Jill" consists of a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and stand-alone slipper bath and heated towel rail, the perfect oasis for relaxation. There is also a seperate entrance to the side of the room that bypasses the ensuite.

Downstairs (Rear & En-Suite)

The second downstairs bedroom which is placed to the rear of the property, again is a bright airy space, whilst still maintaining a naturally cool and comfortable ambiance, thanks to the cortijo’s thick walls. This room boasts a modern en-suite, with a sleek walk-in shower as its centre piece. A sink and toilet complete this room as well as a heated towel rail that provides that little touch of luxury.

Office/ Bedroom (Log Burner)

Positioned to the right as you enter the property, this room is currently being used as an office, but is large enough to provide another double bedroom or craft room. It is bright and airy and has a fantastic authentic “Jotul” wood burning stove as it’s centrepiece, providing warmth during the winter months.

Main Bedroom (Terrace Front)

Located upstairs you will find to the left, a step leads you into another large bedroom, this is the epitome of coziness, it provides space for relaxation and rejuvenation and the roof top terrace off this room provides plenty of privacy whether it be for your early morning coffee, or end of the evening tiple, whilst gazing out over the stunning vistas.

Bedroom (En-Suite Rear)

Walking through the upstairs lounge you will also find a further large double bedroom with rear aspect and elevated views over the Orange Orchards and Olive Groves, which lends itself to flexible living, and is currently used as a bedroom at one end and a study area at the other. This room also has its own en-suite with modern walk-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

Small Bedroom (Front)

The smallest of all the bedrooms with a front aspect, this room can easily contain a double bed with room to move as it contains a walk in closet and storage area connected to it.

Walkin Closet (side)

A great addition to this cortijo as they are not know for their storage solutions. This is an ample room with a built in wardrobe at one end and extra room to the other end for cabinets/shelves etc.
